1990 notes:
This year's team was led by All-Staters senior Andy McCoubrey and junior Ron McEnhill.
McCoubrey set a new Waverly course record during the year.
The team qualified for state and placed 11th there. McCoubrey failed in his bid to repeat All-State due to cramps during the race, but McEnhill who placed 4th earned All_State honors.
Kim Spalsbury's Class D Fowler boys took state for the third year in a row, while his girls were runners up.
